Stohlman House on Dorset and Surrey in 1902

Annie and John Stohlman purchased their home in 1902 from a Somerset town founder Dr. Daniel Elmer Salmon. The bacterium, Salmonella, was named after Dr. Salmon who was Chief of the USDA research program when the bacterium was identified there.
