Staff Directory

The day-to-day administration of the Town is carried out by a dedicated team of professionals. This Town Staff is led by the Town Manager, who also serves as the Clerk-Treasurer, and who is appointed annually by the Mayor & Town Council. The current Town Manager is Matthew Trollinger who has served in the role since 2019.

Working with the Town Manager at Town Hall is the Administrative Staff including:

Deputy Town Manager EJ Hardwick who has served in the role since 2023.
Office Administrator Linda Williams who has served in the role since 2018.

Ensuring that the infrastructure & public grounds of the Town are well maintained is our talented Maintenance Staff including:

Tomas Villanueva who has served in the role since 2004.
Jose Castillo who has served in the role since 2008.

The Town also relies on several consultants including:

Town Arborist Dr. Tolbert V. Feather who has served in the role since 2010.
Engineering Consultant Doug Lohmeyer, PE who has served in the role since 2015.
Code Enforcement Officer Wayne C. Fowler
Town Attorney Ronald M. Bolt, Esq

In addition, we currently have two part-time public safety officers from the Montgomery County Department of Police to supplement our existing police protection:
